VOICE OF THE LOCAL & NON-RESIDENT PROPERTY OWNER SINCE 1989
Founded in 1989, Fruitville Beach Civic Association (FBCA) is a dedicated community organization serving property owners specifically in the Corolla 4x4 region, situated along the pristine Northern Beaches of the Outer Banks, North Carolina. Our mission is centered on the preservation and stewardship of this unique coastal environment, extending from the end of Rt. 12 to the NC/VA border. As advocates for both local residents and non-resident property owners alike, we strive to amplify the collective voice of our community within the 4x4 area.
Fruitville Beach Township is a non-functioning county subdivision, encompassing Knotts Island and the entirety of the 4x4 area, falling under the jurisdiction of Currituck County as an unincorporated region. (Learn more about Fruitville Beach Township HERE.) The Fruitville Beach Civic Association focuses solely on representing the interests of property owners in the 4x4 portion of Fruitville Beach. We encourage you to join our membership, subscribe to our newsletter, and engage with us through our private Facebook group. Together, let's ensure the continued vitality and beauty of our beloved coastal haven.
Fruitville Township includes Knotts Island and the 4x4 beaches of Corolla, NC to the pavement.
